学会メーリングリスト配信システム移行のお知らせ / Notice of Transition to the New JASTE Mailing List System

日本熱帯生態学会の皆さま

現在、学会メーリングリストは、Googleグループを利用した配信システム（info_jaste[a]googlegroups.com、infojaste[a]gmail.com）から、会員管理システム「シクミネット」を経由した配信（no-reply[a]shikuminet.jp）へ移行を進めています。

学会メーリングリストの配信を受けるためには、シクミネットの登録情報で「配信希望」を設定していただく必要があります。現在、会員のほとんどの方は「配信希望」に設定されていますが、「配信停止」に設定されている方は、「配信希望」への変更をご検討ください。

毎月上旬に、JasteMLと題した会員向け連絡メールを配信しています。2026年7月分の会員向け連絡メールおよび7月中のその他の連絡については、移行期間としてGoogleグループおよびシクミネットの両システムから配信します。そのため、同じ情報が重複して届く場合がありますが、ご了承ください。

2026年8月上旬の会員向け連絡メールより、シクミネットのみからの配信とさせていただきます。

Dear JASTE Members,

The JASTE mailing list is currently being migrated from the Google Groups mailing system (emails sent from info_jaste[a]googlegroups.com and infojaste[a]gmail.com) to the mailing system integrated with our membership management platform, Shikumi Net (emails sent from no-reply[a]shikuminet.jp).

To continue receiving JASTE mailing list announcements, your Shikumi Net account must be set to "配信希望 (Receive emails)." Most members have already enabled this setting. However, if your account is currently set to "配信停止 (Do not receive emails)," we encourage you to change the setting to "配信希望 (Receive emails)."

Our monthly JasteML is normally distributed at the beginning of each month. During the transition period, the July JasteML and any other announcements sent in July will be distributed through both Google Groups and Shikumi Net. As a result, some members may receive duplicate emails. We appreciate your understanding.

Beginning with the August JasteML, all mailing list announcements will be distributed exclusively through Shikumi Net.
